SAFETY NOTICE:
Recently there was a very minor brush fire (smoldering, no flames) beside Saint Victor Church building. When it was discovered, the fire extinguishers were used while 9-1-1 was called. The structure was never in danger.
Firefighters believe the fire was most likely started by a cigarette butt thrown into the mulch. Please be certain to dispose of cigarettes only in approved containers or your car’s ashtray. Thank you!

Are You Interested In Becoming A Catholic?
ARE YOU SOMEONE WHO…
If you answered “YES” to any of these questions, please contact the parish office (724-265-2070, ext. 504) for more information about RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults).
Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA)
The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is an enriching and rewarding experience during which Catholics can witness to and share their faith with those seeking to understand Catholicism or who have decided to embrace the Catholic faith. The RCIA team meets with individuals who want to explore Catholicism and what it means. A different facet of the Catholic faith is presented each week by various team leaders. The process culminates with the Easter Vigil Liturgy when the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and Holy Eucharist are received.
We offer an opportunity to come together in a small group to learn more about our faith. Sessions focus on the teachings and experience of Church and prepare individuals to celebrate the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist during the Easter season. The weekly “no obligation” inquiry sessions will begin in the Fall. You are welcome to participate in the process with your questions, your insights and your faith story in a warm accepting setting.
